How clients access virtual therapy through Authentic Arch Counseling depends on location, referral pathway, insurance, and platform fit.
I provide virtual outpatient therapy for adults who are physically located in Massachusetts, Maine, or Washington at the time of session.
Depending on your location and access pathway, therapy may be available through SimplePractice, Tava Health, Atreyu Therapy Cottage, Open Path, Pineapple Support, or Tau Mental Health.
Tau Mental Health access is expected to become available in Fall 2026.
Fees, billing, insurance use, and scheduling may vary depending on the platform or referral pathway used to begin care.

Access Pathways
Therapy access may happen through different platforms depending on where you are physically located, your referral pathway, insurance, or payment needs, and which platform is the best fit for care.
Because I provide virtual outpatient therapy across Massachusetts, Maine, and Washington, the right starting point can vary.
Some clients begin through direct access, insurance-based platforms, reduced-fee pathways, partner organizations, or referral networks.
We can clarify which pathway fits your location, needs, and care before scheduling, so the first step feels clearer.
SimplePractice
SimplePractice is used for Private Pay clients accessing Authentic Arch Counseling directly, when another platform is not being used.
This pathway may include scheduling, intake paperwork, consent forms, secure messaging, billing, and payment for care through the AAC client portal.
Private Pay access may be the right fit when you are not using insurance, an EAP, a reduced-fee pathway, or a partner platform.
If this option seems like the best fit, we can clarify availability, fees, paperwork, and the next step before beginning care. This keeps the private pay path clear.
Atreyu Therapy Cottage
Atreyu Therapy Cottage is connected to therapy access for clients physically located in Washington and may be the appropriate pathway depending on location, referral source, and platform fit.
This pathway may include Washington-based scheduling, paperwork, billing, secure communication, and care coordination through Atreyu Therapy Cottage rather than the AAC private-pay portal.
If you are located in Washington, we can clarify whether Atreyu Therapy Cottage is the correct access option before beginning care, so the next step is clear and aligned with your needs.
Pineapple Support
Pineapple Support may be an access pathway for eligible clients connected with Pineapple Support’s therapy support services.
This pathway is specific to people currently working in the online adult industry who meet Pineapple Support’s eligibility criteria, including recent activity and proof of work.
Pineapple Support access is not a general reduced-fee therapy option, and eligibility, cost, approval, and referral steps are managed by Pineapple Support.

Tava Health
Tava Health may be used for clients accessing therapy through the Tava platform, including insurance-based access when available through Tava.
This pathway may include scheduling, billing, secure communication, paperwork, and insurance or employer-sponsored benefits managed through the Tava system.
Availability, cost, and coverage depend on Tava’s platform rules, participating plans, and your location at the time of session.
If Tava appears to be the right access pathway, we can clarify fit, steps, and whether care should begin through Tava or another AAC access option.
Tau Mental Health — Coming Fall 2026
Tau Mental Health is expected to become an additional access pathway in Fall 2026.
More information will be added as this option becomes available, including who this pathway may fit, how scheduling and billing will work, and whether insurance or platform access may apply.
Until Tau access is active, clients should review the current available pathways or reach out to clarify which option best fits their location, referral source, insurance or payment needs, and next step for care.

Therapy Fees
Private Pay Authentic Arch Counseling fees are $250 for the initial intake session and $200 for each 53-minute individual therapy session.
Private Pay means you are paying AAC directly rather than using insurance, an EAP, Open Path, Pineapple Support, Tava Health, Tau Mental Health, or another platform pathway.
Fees, billing, and payment policies may differ when care is accessed through another platform or referral source.
If you are unsure which pathway applies, we can clarify whether Private Pay or another access option is the best fit before scheduling care now safely.

You do not have to know the correct platform before reaching out. Access depends on your location, insurance or payment needs, referral pathway, and whether you are coming through a specific program such as Open Path or Pineapple Support.
