Simple Practice is used for direct Authentic Arch Counseling access when another therapy platform is not being used.
Simple Practice may be used for scheduling, intake paperwork, secure communication, billing, and other administrative pieces of care. This pathway may be appropriate for clients accessing therapy directly through Authentic Arch Counseling.
Therapy through this pathway is available for adults who are physically located in Massachusetts, Maine, or Washington at the time of session. If you are unsure whether Simple Practice is the right access path for you, please reach out before scheduling.
What Simple Practice may be used for
Simple Practice helps manage the practical parts of therapy so care can stay organized, private, and easier to navigate.
Simple Practice may be used to schedule appointments, manage appointment reminders, and keep track of upcoming sessions.
Simple Practice may be used for secure client communication related to scheduling, forms, billing, and other administrative needs.
Intake forms, consent documents, practice policies, and other therapy paperwork may be completed through Simple Practice before care begins.
When Simple Practice is the access pathway being used, billing and payment information may be managed through the Simple Practice client portal.
Who this pathway may fit
Simple Practice may be the right access path when you are working directly with Authentic Arch Counseling rather than coming through another therapy platform or referral program.
Direct AAC access
This pathway may fit clients who are beginning therapy directly through Authentic Arch Counseling and are not using Tava Health, Open Path, Pineapple Support, or Atreyu Therapy Cottage.
Private pay or direct billing
Simple Practice may be used when billing, payment, or administrative needs are handled directly through Authentic Arch Counseling.

Important Simple Practice notes
Simple Practice helps with the administrative side of care, but it is not a crisis service and may not be the right access pathway for every client.
Therapy through Simple Practice is available only when you are physically located in Massachusetts, Maine, or Washington at the time of session.
Authentic Arch Counseling provides virtual outpatient therapy for adults. Simple Practice does not change the clinical scope of the practice.
Simple Practice may be used for scheduling, forms, billing, and secure administrative communication. It should not be used for emergencies or urgent crisis needs.
